QR Code Mystery Phrases: Add and Subtract Fractions
Three messages included! Students add and subtract fractions on each card to figure out the answer. Then, they scan the QR code on the card to figure out the "secret letter". They put the "secret letter" on the answer on the mystery phrase page. When all cards are solved, it will spell out a Valentine's Day themed mystery phrase! In the first set, students are decomposing fractions. In the second set, students are adding and subtracting improper fractions. In the third set, students are adding or subtracting fractions with different denominators (ex: 3/10+3/100).
