Product Description
This product includes several reading station activities.

For the Pocket Chart, three differentiated sets of 10 sentences are offered for the students to arrange in sentence order. With these sentences students must use capitalization, punctuation, sight word, and initial sound skills. Place the ten pictures at the end of each row on the pocket chart. Have the students arrange the words in sentence order beside the color coded pictures. Housing the pictures in the pocket chart allows for the sets to be changed out depending on the ability level of the students using the activity.
The following sentences are included:
Set 1
I see the black heart.
I see the brown heart.
I see the white heart.
I see the purple heart.
I see the pink heart.
I see the red heart.
I see the orange heart.
I see the yellow heart.
I see the green heart.
I see the blue heart.
Set 2
Can you see the black heart?
Here is a little brown heart.
Where is the white heart?
Who has the pretty purple heart?
He has the pink heart.
She gave me a red heart
.Do you like this orange heart?
We have one yellow heart.
There is your green heart.
Give me that big blue heart.
Set 3
This penguin has a black heart on its belly.
That yellow duck is holding a little brown heart.
Where did your horse find that little white heart?
The rat gave a purple heart to the cat.
A jellyfish found a pink heart in the ocean.
Why does that sheep have a little red heart?
What will the octopus do with that orange heart?
I gave the happy turtle a little yellow heart.
My pretty pet fish likes the little green heart.
Why does that seahorse want that big blue heart?

For Word Work station, this product includes:
Twenty-four puzzle pieces of twelve pictured self checking rhyming pairs- run/sun, hug/bug, hut/cut, truck/duck, rag/tag, hat/cat, jam/ram, cap/map, clock/sock, frog/dog, pop/top, fox/box. Each puzzle piece is labeled with the rime in red.

For CVC station this product includes:
Twelve Valentine’s Day themed puzzle cards with which children must match CVC words to a picture. The CVC words chosen for this activity are fox, jam, bus, van, cup, fan, pin, mad, rat, sun, bug, and gas.

For the Writing Station this product includes three writing sheets with the prompts Love Is…, Love Can…, and I Love.

For the Making Words station this product includes:
Sixteen CVC picture cards with which students either use a dry erase marker to write the words or use one inch letter tiles to form the words for pictures. The CVC pictures for this activity are: wig, tub, sad, rug, pig, nut, map, lip, lot, jam, hat, fox, gas, bat, dip, cat
