Easy to use!
After reading (or watching online at Storyline Online ) the story, simply print the ‘hearts’ for each students (I used pink paper to make it extra festive!) and have the students writes about the prompts and questions provided.
After they have completed the writing, they cut out the hearts and create their “Mr. Hatch” using the tracers provided. (Colour in version provided as well). I used Googly Eyes and Pipe cleaners to add a little ‘pizazz’.
This is a great way to have your primary students enjoy a classic story at their higher intellectual level.. It is fun, creative, challenging and makes a super cute bulletin Board with the included BUNTING! Yay
