A Murder Mystery where pupils have to use different mathematical strategies to solve five clues. Each clue will allow them to eliminate names from a list of suspects until only one is left - the killer! Mathematical skills involved include decoding, use of co-ordinates, square numbers, decimals, multiplication, and working out fractions of numbers.
Children find this a fun and engaging task. Works well with mixed ability pairs.
