Vector images are made up of paths that are created by establishing start and end points. In this activity these points will be created using a Pen Tool. Since vector images are not raster images (composed of pixels) they can be enlarged to a bigger size without any loss of quality which makes them ideal for illustrations that could be placed on a small card or even sized for large format displays.
This project emphasizes the use of the PEN TOOL which is in all graphic software programs, and is one that should be mastered.
This activity also concentrates on the wise use of layers and applying gradients to create an attractive, personalized, 3-D Illustration.
