This zip folder contains both sets of verb charade cards (easier 100 and more difficult 100 verbs) in two styles, with and without reasons. When playing charades, learners guess the verb by asking, for example, 'Are you (jogging)?' A reason such as 'It's good exercise!' can be given to a follow-up question, 'Why are you (jogging)?' Each set contains 100 cards which give learners (EFL, ESL, children, etc.) the opportunity to practice verbs enjoyably. Each card contains a verb with an image. Partner A does a gesture; partner B guesses by asking, "Are you ___ing?" In addition to many basic verbs such as "eat," "cook," and "open," some moderately difficult verbs such as "wink" and "shave" are included because they are fun to gesture. Learners get a chance to move, play act and have fun with this activity--lots of laughter guaranteed!
each set has 100 cards, 10 per page
