This is an activity to practice regular verb conjugation. I print out two sets of these slides and laminate them. Divide the class into two teams and everyone on the team is responsible for one or two cards. The cards are color-coded by subjects, verb stems, and verb endings. Give everyone time to figure out what is on their card and what their personal responsibility is for the team. Then, say a sentence such as, "I dance," Each team tries to form the sentence at the front of the room with the cards yo, bail, and o. The first team to conjugate the verb correctly wins the point. I usually play to 10 or 15, or best of three games. The students really enjoy helping each other conjugate the verbs and seeing them up front helps struggling students understand conjugation.
