These task cards are designed specifically for middle-grade kids. The cards are large, two cards per page, and have plenty of content – perfect for older kids who can handle more than one quick question per card. Task cards are great for differentiating with individual or group work, and for review activities, class games like Scoot or Footloose, or quick assessments.

Included with the task cards is a blank answer sheet for students' use, a list of suggestions for ways to use task cards, and a list of suggestions for easy differentiation with task cards.

The Easel Version is ready to assign with answer boxes and directions already in place for student use. The answer key has been removed from the Easel version as well.

These Verb Tenses and Auxiliaries Task Cards support Common Core Standards for Language by addressing specific grammar situations outlined in the standards, including the correct use of present, past, and future verb tenses, recognizing and correcting shifts in verb tense when needed, forming and using progressive and perfect verb tense, and using modal auxiliary verbs.

You can find more grammar task cards, along with related teaching materials such as slide presentations and activity sheets, in my store as well.
