Description
This foldable helps students to remember the properties about Vertical and Horizontal Lines through the "words" VUX and HOY. It addresses the slopes and equations of each of these linear families, and leaves space for students to graph and calculate the slope between 2 points.
I refer to "Slope Dude" in the foldable key. The video can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=avS6C6_kvXM

CCSSHSA-CED.A.2
Create equations in two or more variables to represent relationships between quantities; graph equations on coordinate axes with labels and scales.
CCSSHSA-REI.D.10
Understand that the graph of an equation in two variables is the set of all its solutions plotted in the coordinate plane, often forming a curve (which could be a line).
