This is a general form for when video production/media arts students have completed planning (storyboarding), filming and editing for their videos. Students will peer-evaluate themselves and then their group members (up to 6 members). Students will evaluate based off of a rubric to give up to 5 points possible to answer self-evaluation questions such as each members participation, contribution of ideas and helpfulness. Students will then finish this handout by thinking about the groups strengths and weaknesses, ways they resolved conflicts (problem solving), and reflection on what would have worked better next time as a group project.
