Federalism Video
USLawEssentials presents: What is federalism?

This two-minute video introduces the topic of federalism in the United States, its origins, and why the United States has both federal and state court systems. In my experience, this video is especially useful as an introduction at the beginning of class before more deeply exploring the topic of federalism and the distribution of power by the Constitution.

Downloading the PDF will provide you with a link to the video which is available to stream 24/7. If you have any questions about the federalism video do not hesitate to contact me.

This video will shortly be available as part of a series.

An earlier version of this video on the USLawEssentials YouTube channel has been included in the curriculum of middle school, high school, and college level courses around the United States and throughout the world.
