Classroom management strategy: I pass out "admit one" tickets to my students to reward any type of positive behavior in the classroom. Once a week, or whenever I feel like it, I will draw a ticket for a student to have a prize. This strategy is great because it is not costly since I am not rewarding all my students at once. My students love the suspense of seeing if they have won a prize. The student whose ticket I pulled then gets to pull one of the reward tickets from a bucket and that is there reward.
Make as many copies as you want and throw away the rewards that you are not interested in. There are also blank copies so you can write in your own rewards.
