Description
Virginia's Products and Industries Song is a great resource to help students memorize Virginia's products and industries! Virginia's products and industries can be difficult for students to memorize. A few years ago, my students were really struggling to memorize the products and industries of Virginia because there are so many to remember. So, I wrote this song to the melody of "Misery" by Maroon 5 (that particular class loved Maroon 5). Amazingly, once I implemented this song, my students quickly mastered the products and industries for all five regions.
A suggested use page is included, explaining how I introduce and use the song throughout the year. A link is also provided to an instrumental version for students to sing-a-long with.
