Virtual Word Wall
Use QR Codes to learn your sight words.
This product was created by Robinson Elementary’s STLP team (Student Technology Leadership Program). My middle schoolers wanted to create a virtual word wall to use in the primary grades. You will need iPad’s that are loaded with a QR code reader app in order to use this product. Students simply scan the QR code and it connects to a YouTube sight word video. Our goal is to help students learn to use technology at a young age while practicing/mastering their sight word list. This is a great tool to use during station time. Instead of writing the room, students can scan the room and learn their sight words. We have included a recording sheet to go along with them.
Set includes 52 QR code sight word songs/raps. Print, cut, laminate, and place throughout the room. During station time, students can take their ipads and scan the QR codes to learn sight words.
Hope your students enjoy this product and using technology in the classroom! Thank you for supporting our STLP project and team!
Please leave feedback. This will be great evidence that this project was or wasn't successful in incorporating technology into the classroom.
