Do you want your students to work on following directions? or Sequencing multiple steps? Do they really benefit from sensory activities, and love playing with Gak? If so... this video has you covered!
Video Modeling is a research-based technique that has been proven over and over to be a highly effective way to teach students with disabilities.
This video will walk you and your students through the steps to creating their very own Gak from start to finish.
This is one of my students favorite "fun" activities to do, and I absolutely love watching how independent they can be using a video model for instruction.
Use this on the iPad, laptop, or project it and complete it with the whole class- with your students following along (my personal preference).
Video is eight and half minutes long.
Steps are broken down and very simple to follow.
Background is pure white- so students can easily follow along and pay attention to the steps they need to complete, not what's going on in the background.
