Product Description
Students with autism have difficulty processing receptive language and often do not understand the expectations or what is being asked of them. I use a visual ring to help my students with autism understand what is being ask of them as well as to help minimize the talking from adults in the classroom. Some of the general education teachers have even started using some of these visuals in their classrooms and the hallways with their classes so they don't have to constantly shout or repeat their rules/expectations. Also, the paraprofessionals working in my classroom wear the visual necklace so expectations are consistent across staff and environments. These visual necklaces and rings are so helpful with management of behaviors and teaching independence!

This resource is a lifesaver for me! This packet includes a variety of 36 2inch/2inch visuals for various prompts, comments, and commands that you may need to communicate to your students on a daily basis. Laminate the visuals and punch a hole in the corner. String or put on a ring the visuals you use frequently and hook them on you lanyard. You could hook the ring onto a key chain or id holder. Easy access to 36 visuals!!
