Warm-up: Talk about how to visualize to help your students connect to what they read. You could start by reading a story without showing the pictures and asking what they see in their heads at different parts of the story.
Task: Students will read the category on each page, draw pictures to show what they visualized, and write a word to go with each picture. You can also print multiple copies of the first worksheet page to create your own.
