This product is 3 different game boards to review clothing, school items, and weather and seasons. I have created pie wheels with vocabulary words on each pie slice on the left side of the paper. On the right side of the paper there is a chart with a picture for each of the words featured in the pie wheel. The students take the point of their pen/pencil, hold a paperclip in place and flick it to "spin." Once the paperclip stops on one of the words in the pie, the students write that word on the chart next to the corresponding picture.
This can be played as a game in pairs. Each student receives a "board," and they take turns spinning until one has finished the entire chart. They can fill in the chart by matching the word on the pie slice with the pictures on the chart. How the students decide to control the spin count is up to them, one spin per turn, spin until you get a repeat, have number cards and the students draw a number card and that is the amount of spins they get on that turn, etc.
The students love to play this and it really gets them thinking about their vocabulary.
The words for each different board are:
school (el papel, el lapiz, el reloj, la silla, la mesa, las tijeras, la puerta, la ventana, la pizarra, el pupitre, el libro, la goma, el boligrafo)
