Vocabulary & Grammar Bundle- Baseline & Progress Check Data

This is my original 2013 data collection bundle. I created this baseball themed bundle so that you will have 345 combined vocabulary and grammar targets to easily collect baseline and progress check data. Prior to beginning instruction on a particular skill, a speech-language pathologist should use the related form to elicit a child's knowledge and use of specific vocabulary or grammar targets. Record the child's percentage of accuracy on the form provided. After several speech-language therapy sessions, the SLP should complete a progress check. Continue with instruction as needed until the child attains success according to the mastery criteria noted in his or her objective.

This bundle contains criterion referenced tests on quick and easy data collection forms for these specific language skills:

Word Associations- 40 Tier I (basic level) & 50 Tier III (curriculum level)

Multiple Meaning Words- 20 homophones, 70 homographs

Synonyms & Antonyms- 100 words

Irregular Plural Nouns & Irregular Past Tense Verbs-20 nouns, 45 verbs

Remember, criterion referenced tests assess children's performance on a specific set of predetermined criteria or skills. I have selected the vocabulary and grammar targets to measure. I have simplified the data collection process for you by having this ready to use mega bundle!

A baseball game is included with custom made illustrations & graphic design to make the assessment fun for kids so they won't even realize it's a criterion referenced test (CRT). The baseball game with corresponding data collection forms for each skill may be purchased separately, but you will save money when you buy this bundle!

IMPORTANT PRINTING DIRECTIONS:

1)In order to have the correct size of the baseball game pieces, choose print and then shrink oversized pages.

2) If you would like smaller baseballs to fit on the baseball field during the game, select printing shortcuts and then paper size 4 X 6.

3) Print the cover page, instruction pages, and data check forms at the usual 100 % size format.
