Product Description
This self-directed vocabulary project by Teacher Traveler is inspired by the book "Miss Alaineus: A Vocabulary Disaster" by Debra Frasier. After reading the picture book to your class, students select and define 24 words and write 8 alliterative, descriptive sentences using the new words such as: "If my brother’s behavior doesn’t improve soon, insanity is inevitable." The culminating task is a cut paper collage illustrating the student's favorite sentence.
