Vocalic /r/ Articulation Speech Sticks: Includes ar, er, or, ire, air, ear

This has been a tried and true Grab and Go resource within my therapy room for 10 years now. I revised them to expand the vocabulary/stimlus words, update visual cues and add data sheets. My students love to adorn these articulation/speech sticks with clothespins, beans, balls of play dough, etc. as they travel down their sticks, eliciting multiple productions of targeted phonemes. These Speech Sticks stand the test of time in my therapy room and are a wonderful addition to any literacy/RTI center within the classroom setting. The words are supplemented with images, adding additional visual support which facilitates increased independence among early readers or English Language Learners. Detailed data sheets allow tracking for pre/post data or progress monitoring.
