THANK YOU FOR YOUR TEACHER COMMENTS.
• Excellent and well-designed visual to aid noise control.
• Good to introduce at the beginning of the year and follow through.
• These have really simplified my classroom management by giving the usual "please quiet down" into a more black and white classification system (though it is actually quite colorful). Students have caught on quickly and it has made my classroom a little easier on my ears and more comfortable of an atmosphere for learning. A lot to gain for such a low price!
DESCRIPTION AND SUGGESTIONS FOR USE
These handy Voice Level banners are just the right size to adhere to your magnetic board next to your day's work or calendar.I have used these voice banners in various ways.
First print, laminate, and cut out. Then stick magnets to the back of each voice level and the arrow. Attach voice level expectations on your magnetic board near your assignments for the day. This doesn't take too much space on your board, yet is effective as a reminder to students. Move the arrow as a gentle reminder of the expected voice level to accompany the class activity, or have a student helper change the arrow throughout the day. This was helpful to me and the students.
I have also projected the voice level needed on the document camera. This works well as it is in the line of vision. Enjoy!
