Product Description
"Voices in the Park" is a great mentor text for character's perspective, author's point of view, and character traits. I used this graphic organizer during my read aloud. I read the book to the students and we paused to add the perspective of each "voice". After we added all the perspectives, I had students work together in pairs to add the point of view (first person, second person, or third person) and to add the character traits. We reviewed together as a class afterwards.
