This worksheet requires students to practice reading a graduated cylinder. The pictures are of DIFFERENT cylinders so that students need to pay close attention to the intervals used between the milliliter markings.
3) Rectangular Prism Volume Practice Worksheet (and answer key) This worksheet provides students an opportunity to practice using the formula V= l x w x h.
4) Irregular Shape Volume Practice Worksheet (and answer key)
This worksheet reviews the process of using displacement for finding the volume of an irregular-shaped object.
I used these practice worksheets with my 6th graders and they worked very well for helping kids understand volume before we moved onto density.
