What educators are saying

I wish there was one with lateral and surface area. I still used it, I just had to wait until I covered Volume.
This resource engaged my students right away. They love doing things that they think is not work, but really is!

Volume and Surface Area Coloring Activity (Prisms, Pyramids, Cylinders, Cones)

This is a fun way for students to practice finding both volume and surface area of 3D figures. There are 12 problems total, 6 volume and 6 surface area. This includes rectangular prisms, cylinders, cones, and pyramids. Students match their answers at the bottom, and color the egg accordingly.

New: There are now TWO versions included. One in which the calculations are done using the pi button on the calculator, and the other in which calculations are done using 3.14. Use the one that best fits the needs of your students :)
