Product Description
This is a 21 slide, highly animated, and editable power point presentation on 12 different propaganda techniques in use today for students to consider. Each of the 12 are explained briefly with a question for consideration on each. The presentation does support the unit lessons on voting and elections.

Here is a sample copy of the content.

Propaganda is a powerful force and plays an important role. The modern world is dependent on it. Government, the business world, the political parties and various other sections of society use it so serve their own purposes. In the two world wars the battle on the propaganda front was as intense as on the military front. Both sides made wide use of propaganda. It helped in crushing the morale of the army and civil population in the enemy state and in building up the morale of the army and civil population in one's own state.

Propaganda is widely used by all governments to win cooperation from its citizens for implementing its policies and programs. Propaganda is a also used as a powerful instrument to bring about social change by changing the habits and attitudes of the people. Political parties in the United States employ highly sophisticated propaganda techniques to drive their messages home.
