By downloading any of my clipart you are confirming your agreement to the Terms of this single-user license. Please note that these Terms of Use are subject to change.
PERSONAL AND CLASSROOM USE
You may use the clipart for your own personal crafting and classroom use (in projects that are not shared, distributed, or offered for sale) with no restrictions.
EDUCATIONAL COMMERCIAL USE

• This license covers the use of Captivate Motivate Educate clipart in the creation of secure, printable, and paper-less educational resources offered for sale or distributed for free on single-owner Teacher-Author blogs/websites and multi-vendor educational websites such as Teachers Pay Teachers. The license does NOT allow products to be distributed (either for free or as paid resources) on other websites including, but not limited to, Amazon Ignite, eBay, Etsy, or any app store.
  
• Educational content must be added to the clipart, and your resources must contain your own written intellectual property. You must use the clipart to enhance your work, not form the main component of your resource. Documents must be created by you and supplied in a secure format (illustrations must be flattened and locked in the resource file) to protect your investment in the artwork and to prevent extraction from the document. You must ensure that the clipart cannot be copied, extracted, or shared from within the resource.
