This packet includes a weekly academic and social development report along with brag tags. Use the weekly academic report to track student progress and inform parents of their child's academic successes. Simply check the box and write in the academic successes for the areas on this form:
memory verse, Spanish vocabulary, math skills, social studies skills, writing, sight word recognition, phonemic awareness, reading, science and grammar.
Use the weekly social development report to keep track of each student's social skills. There are 4 Social development goals on the form:
I can follow the directions the first time.
I can keep my hands, feet, and objects to myself.
I can help clean up.
I am kind.
Students color a smile face after each hour if they have followed the 4 social development goals. At the end of the week, send the form home with your students to provide evidence of growth or areas of weakness. Circle the goals that need improvement.
Brag on students for their academic and social development by giving each student a brag tag. Students love getting the brag tags! I have used them with my 3 and 5 year old in our home-school setting. They always comment, "Did I earn a brag tag?" I put the tags on a wrist key ring.
I have also used these in the public school system, and they are a hit with all ages!
