Product Description
This is a game I created for my students to use for our map skills unit. The rules of game play follow those of a modified, traditional UNO™, with a geography twist!

The deck includes 220 full-color cards that help students review states, abbreviations and capitals. I recommend printing on cardstock and laminating for durability.

On his or her turn, a player can put down a card with the same state as the top face-up card (through name, abbreviation, capital or picture), OR a card that matches the color on the face-up card. The player should look for the matching state first, before looking for a matching color or special card. When laying down a card, the student should say the state on their card out loud.
