Description

Assess your students' knowledge of exercises which increase heart rate and exercises which increase muscle strength.

I use this as a PERSONAL TRAINER challenge. Students work in pairs to design a workout using the template. They practice their workout before presenting it to their clients, or another group.

This is a great way to give students ownership of their fitness.
