PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Here is a one page writing prompt titled "Five-Headed Hal." Hal is a dragon with five heads and there is a speech balloon for each one. Students read what the heads say in the five speech balloons. Then they decide which head they are most like and tell why on the lines below. I could only show you a small part of the dragon drawing that was originally a water color, but it really is cute! The prompt is motivating to get students writing, and it helps students understand charachter traits. This might be the icebreaker activity that you are looking for during back to school time.
