In this project, students choose topics about WWII in America, create a thesis about their selected topic, research to find evidence that supports their claim, and then create their own "documentary" video about their topic.
This is a fun and interactive project that put students in control of their own learning. It also integrates technology into the History classroom easily.
Included in this file is an introductory page with some FAQs about the project, a rubric for the research side of the project, and a rubric for the actual video. In my classes I use them as 2 separate marks, but feel free to use the rubrics how they work for you.
