Make sure your students are able to apply what they have learned about the major causes of WWI. Students will analyze primary and secondary sources including quotes from major world leaders about WWI, political cartoons, and various images to determine which cause of WWI is being represented throughout the various contexts. Students also have a quick review activity that has them identify the world leaders and the country they represented. The worksheet ends with a critical thinking question which has students make real world connections. This is an ideal way to help students practice using what they have learned content wise to analyze sources. A great follow up to a lecture or reading on the causes of WWI.
