PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This sheet asks students to figure out how many soldiers each side and country was bringing to WWI when it began. It also asks students to deduce who was in each alliance and what they were called and to fill out a chart with all of that information. Finally it asks students to summarize why the US entered the war and provides them with an advertisement for the Lusitania and the full text of The Zimmerman Note so they may analyze each.

As always, an Answer Key is provided.

If you like this piece, I have lots of other WWI lessons available in my store (and several other history lessons are on sale too).
