What you get here is a link to a card match I've created using the online tools available on teacher.desmos.com This is the way that I do all of my vocabulary now and the students love matching the cards on their Chromebooks/Laptops/Tablets. Included in this download is the link along with a detailed explanation on how to assign the work. Personally, I love this tool because I can move around the classroom and help students with their research in finding the answers/using good sources while providing instantaneous feedback using the Dashboard tool that I leave set up on my desk or carry with me on a tablet. it allows me to easily monitor each and every student as they work since their answers immediately appear on my monitor as either green (correct), or red (incorrect). This has cut down greatly on students just scribbling down answers on a sheet of paper since after a few wrong in a row I can intervene. I've even used it in conjunction with the Google Classroom/Hangouts to instruct a homebound student in real time as they did their work from their home. Included here is the link to my 35 card desmos card match and detailed instructions on how to use desmos/assign the work. I hope your students enjoy it as much as mine!
I write the majority of my lessons in Google Docs and tailor them for use in the Google Classroom. Most easily translate into print, sometimes with slight modification b/c of the conversions between Docs and Word. I hope this resource helps. Enjoy!
