This unit is easily my favorite to teach and therefore I've put the most effort into it. I point this out because I don't want you to think it's needlessly long, wastes slides, etc. This is an EXCEPTIONAL product.
The WWII PowerPoint is the crown jewel out of all the resources I've ever created. It's comprehensive to say the least, but doesn't get drudged down in needless boring detail. It begins with pre-WWII events such as the rise of the dictators, their political ideologies, etc. and then covers everything all the way to the end of the war even broadcasting into the Cold War to come. In between there, you have numerous battles, events, the Holocaust, the European and Pacific theaters, etc. It covers KEY battles such as Battle of the Bulge, Stalingrad, Battle of Britain, etc., it does not cover tons of them because there's no curriculum out there that asks for it. Along the way you get all the usual great things in my lessons such as bellwork and discussion questions, animations, quotes, visuals, political cartoons, video links, etc. It even has multiple assignments and activities built into the PowerPoint itself.
Neatly organized and flows well, look for asterisks next to certain terms, people, etc... those are there for students to underline/highlight for the quiz and test (assessments NOT included), which means you don't need a review sheet because it's all there in the notes!
The notes are concise allowing students to focus on the lesson. They also have built in bellworks and focus questions. Please note they contain the content, but not quotes, supplemental information, etc. Basically, everything you need without dragging the kids down in detail.
