This activity aims to teach about the different groups of people that were persecuted by the Nazis. This is a stations activity that includes questions, readings, videos, and images. There are a lot of papers to this, so I do not make a lot of copies. Students at each station must work together to answer the questions because of the limited amount of readings.
There's no worksheet with the questions attached. With this alone, students will need to answer on a separate sheet of binder paper or in their notebooks.
5 out of the 6 stations include videos. The videos are supplementary for the stations, it's not required if you don't have access to computers in the classroom.
- Inside Nazi Camps
- Gays and Lesbians
- Jehovah's Witnesses & Romani Persons
- People with Disabilities
- World Reactions
I've also included a PDF reference of all of the identification used in camps provided by the Museum of Tolerance.
