This product contains 2 versions of a Wall-E Project. This is great for an ELA class. It would work well for when you need something for a sub to do as it is pretty self-explanatory. However, students would need an understanding of the elements of fiction to be able to do this project more independently.
Both of these projects can easily be adapted for EAL/ESL students. One is a simpler version of the product which could be used for Stage 2 students.
The products contain questions regarding elements of fiction, comprehension, and their opinion. All handouts and rubrics are included to easily implement this project.
In the first project the following topics are covered:
1. Understanding plot of the film
2. Understanding climax
3. Understanding letter writing
4. Expressing your opinion aloud
In the second project (which is simpler), the following topics are covered:
1. Understanding the basic concept of plot
2. Comprehension of the film
3. Logically ordering events
4. Understanding climax
5. Opinion question
6. Expressing ideas or opinions aloud
