This document included workouts with descriptions and visuals that are easy for students to understand and follow. These workouts are great for the warm-up of a PE class, brain break from any class, PE activity in limited space, indoor recess activity, or even take home pages to increase student fitness levels at home and with their families.
26 different workouts are included in this pack. All workouts include bodyweight exercises so no equipment is needed, and they can all be performed with limited space. Students select a card individually or in small groups. The teacher can select a designated time to perform the workout or have students complete for a designated number of rounds.
Exercises are beneficial for all ages and fitness levels. Exercises are easy to understand and fun to perform.
For each workout card students will see a visual of the exercise to perform and the number of repetitions. Students complete the first exercise before moving on to the next exercise on the card. Each workout card includes up to four exercises to complete a round. Students can complete a round and hand it in for a new workout, or complete the same workout again for round 2.
With 26 different cards, all titled by Superheroes from A-Z, and over 100 different bodyweight exercises students can workout all year without getting tired of the same workout routine.
