Product Description
From Electric English...
This is an in class or at home project, in which, the students are asked to take a closer look at Irving's short story, "The Devil and Tom Walker". The students are asked to generate a story board from the text pulling out what they consider to be the most important occurrences of the tale. I know that not every student is Picasso; the point of the activity is the analysis and that they try their best. This being said, it must be obvious that they have put some effort into their work, and I also allow students to use any artistic medium they prefer (whether it be drawing, painting, graphic design, etc.) You can, of course, do whatever works best for you....

NOTE: If you have the students keep any kind of journal; this is great because once they have completed the activity... They can then cut and glue them into their journals. Believe it or not, the students love it. Anything that breaks up the monotony in their minds is a good thing :)
