Print out and laminate the following page enough times to ensure each student gets two cards as they enter the class.
A nice way of using this task is to cut them into individual words and hand them out as they are walking into the classroom. Having taught the key words for Water Cycle, the students are asked to write the definition of each word in the back of their books. It is up to you how many cards you give each student.
This task helps to ensure students have a sound understanding of key terminology related to the Water Cycle and to identify any mis-conceptions.
