This is a minilesson created to review the different parts of the water cycle for my sixth grade students (SC standard 6-4.2). This can be used as a whole class, small group, or individual lesson. Students can move arrows and labels around the backgrounds to label all of the parts of the water cycle they recognize. When the scenes are done being labeled, students are also asked to write an original summary of how the cycle works.
There is an attached handout to accompany the lesson, so students can label their own copies as they go. The summary is also included on the handout.
