PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Use as a recording sheet in small groups or independently for water cycle in a cup experiment.

Water Cycle in a Cup experiment:

1. Get a plastic cup
2. Fill up to half of cup with water
3. Put shaving cream or canned whip cream on top of water
4. Drop 5-10 drops of blue food coloring onto cream
5. Observe what happens to water in cup

**Cream represents cloud and blue drops represent rain. I explain to the kids that we will be observing what happens when a cloud fills up with rain. The rain falls down and accumulates on the ground and evaporates back into the air**
