This is a compilation of the quizzes, projects, and study guide I use to teach the water cycle and weather (tools, maps, etc.) to my classroom. You have two quizzes covering the water cycle and weather, a final water cycle project where students can utilize technology or paper/pencil to show what they know and take each step to the depth they desire, a weather map activity to get students analyzing and utilizing their weather instruments and lingo, and a water cycle/weather study guide for students to use when preparing for an assessment (or could be used as a teaching tool in your classroom). I designed these products to use with the 4th grade standards, but they could be adjusted for other grades.T There is also a chart we use to analyze weather trends and reflect on what we observe. Students pick a location from around the world and record the weather each day for a week. Then, they look at the trends and make predictions on what is to come and how the week would've been if they visited that location based on their knowledge.
