Use a wet erase marker to label each circle with student(s) name or number. I usually switch jobs out each month.
filing secretary-passes out completed work, projects, handouts to cubbies
fire marshall-makes sure everyone's chairs are pushed in, leads the line during fire drills, brings the "red backpack" that my school provides with first aid etc.
nurse-takes kids to the office, gets, passes out and stores the bandaids
attendance manager-writes the students that are absent
pencil sharpener-sharpens pencils during dismissal every day
librarians (I usually have 2+)-keeps the library organized and neat, re-shelves the books.
table managers (I usually have 2+)-problem solves at their tables, makes sure each table has what they need, will collect and pass out any materials to their tables.
clean up crew (I usually have 2+)-keeps our classroom neat and tidy
hallway manager-reminds students to be quiet in the hallway. Usually doubles as my line leader.
tech master-keeps our laptops charged and secure.
teacher's assistant-passes out papers, delivers messages etc.
substitute-does the jobs of absent students
office secretary-answers the phone, and takes things to the office
supply manager-makes sure supplies are as full as necessary
electrician-turns lights on and off as needed
lunch tub manager-brings our lunch tub to the cafeteria, and back to class each day. Makes sure that it is EMPTY at the end of the day.
