I did this Watermelon Math activity with my class last week and noticed a few things that might help this worksheet even better. On number 1, adding how many are left or how many have been eaten would help clarify so they know which fraction/percent/decimal to solve for. Also, on number 4, I think there might be a typo "What kind of numbers can be brag about?" Maybe be should be he?
Thanks, I really liked this activity. Quick and different problems than our text book.
Thank you so much for the input! I truly appreciate it!
This is perfect for my Gifted 3rd grader! Thanks!!
I teach gifted 3rd grade as well!
