This 11x17 document allows students to show multiplication using groups of, rows of, and jumps of concepts to see the different ways it can be represented. Students can also flip the math problem using commutative property to see the product being the same answer but representations are different. An example is made for teacher to use as a guide. I recommend asking students to fill out number line or you can fill it out and then print copies for them. You can even run it front to back so they can do two examples.
