This emergent reader little book will help young students practice early reading skills, while reading about the different jobs that students do to help in the classroom!
This story uses a predictable pattern, "I can help at my school. I can _______" to support emerging readers. The following classroom jobs are included: open the door, put away the book bags, put the number on the calendar, tie shoes, pick up the pencils, take care of the fish, turn on the lights, take care of the plants, dust the shelves, give out the supplies, pick up the trash, and sweep the floor.
Many kindergarten sight words are included in this book, such as can, help, at, my, we, our, put, on, the, out, and up.
This book includes the same text on both the top and bottom of each sheet of paper to make copying, sorting, stapling, and cutting easy to create a class set of little books!!
