February is a great month to teach/review biographies with the birthdays of two famous presidents and Valentine's Day! Students will love mending the broken hearts of famous people in this fun activity. Bonus: A suggestion for a 'FAMOUS FOLKS FESTIVAL IN FEBRUARY"!
Each student is given half of a "broken heart" which has either a name of a famous person, or a call number. Students will walk around (silently) while holding up their heart halves and looking for their match. For example, the student holding the piece with "George Washington" will match up with the piece with "B WAS".
- All Printables Needed (12 hearts / 24 heart pieces)
* Bonus: Includes printables for both "B" and "92" classification systems for biographies -- 12 of each.
As always...it's a JOY to share!
