Product Description
"How old are you?" That is the question I like to ask my students. "I don't mean how long has it been since you are born. The elements that make up your body go way beyond that. How old are you really?" With this thought question I introduce students to the idea that the heavy elements that make up our Earth, and therefore their bodies, all come from ancient stars - long dead and since recycled. "We are Stardust" presents the facts in an eloquent yet logical way that really gets students to think about the relationship that all living things on Earth have with the cosmos.

I hope that you enjoy your download and the great class discussions that it is sure to bring. If you like it then be sure to leave feedback so that other will know what a great product it is. Thanks!
